Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking an On-Site Operations Guru in Witney, England. You will be the backbone of client presence, ensuring every worker’s journey from day one to last is seamless, organized and positive.

You will split time between face-to-face stakeholder engagement and keeping back-office systems running smoothly, managing up to 150 temporary staff and driving engagement with clients on-site.

Qualifications

• Genuine enjoyment in helping people and resolving employee issues with empathy.
• Strong administrative and data-management capabilities.
• Comfort with software or databases and the ability to pick up new tools quickly.
• Organised, dependable and able to own the operational side of a busy account.

Responsibilities

• Engage workers and clients; manage daily engagement for up to 150 temporary staff.
• Host face-to-face client service meetings and run worker surgeries to resolve issues.
• Onboard new starters and ensure a strong start in their role.
• Maintain 100% accurate live data within systems and databases.
• Oversee lifecycle events including check-ins, extensions, ER cases and leaver processes.
• Handle PO administration, emails and phone communications, and support the recruitment function.
• On-site knowledge sharing to support Account Manager and growth objectives.
