Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking an On-Site Operations Guru at one of our premier client sites in Peterborough. You’ll split time between face-to-face stakeholder engagement and keeping back-office systems running smoothly.

You’ll manage worker and client engagement, onboarding of new starters, data integrity, and end-to-end staff lifecycle processes on-site, helping drive growth and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and client service skills.
• Strong admin and data management capabilities.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Organized and proactive with ownership of operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with workers and clients on-site, manage daily engagement.
