Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting an Account Coordinator in Swansea to support operational delivery for a key customer. You will work closely with the customer, operational teams and internal stakeholders to ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly and service levels are met.

The role requires strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment with a focus on building positive customer relationships. Salary is £26,780; night shifts offer a 20% uplift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for worker queries/ issues
• Coaching and mentoring workforce
• Driving engagement on the shopfloor
• Identifying and delivering retraining where needed
• Ensuring H&S standards are adhered to at all times
• Accident Investigation
• Completing Return to Work interviews
• Attending and delivering daily shift briefs
• Responsible for absence and performance management
• Processing holiday/ leavers forms
• Conducting exit interviews
• Focus on shop floor presence to drive productivity
• Responsible for management of new starters
• Must be confident in challenging conduct issues and issuing coaching forms
• Responsible for 1st stage investigations and disciplinaries
• Managing worker bookings daily in line with the client’s requirements
• Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accurately
• Managing absence, attendance and performance.
• Dealing with colleague’s queries
• Good planning and organisation skills
