Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer to oversee on-site maintenance across the site, ensuring reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance for GMP operations.

You will manage maintenance strategy, budgets, projects, suppliers, and assets, working closely with Production, Quality, Validation and other departments. The role requires on-site presence with flexible hours to support critical business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Engineering team and set KPIs.
• Ensure GMP/FDA/MHRA/EMA compliance for maintenance activities.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for reliability issues.
• Oversee asset care, calibration, and lifecycle planning.
• Provide out-of-hours support and maintain on-site availability.
