Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer to head the on-site Maintenance Engineering function. You will drive compliance, reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across site operations, managing budgets, assets, and regulatory requirements while partnering with Production, Quality and Validation.

You will supervise a team, set KPIs, lead audits and CAPAs, and ensure alignment with the site's development plan and EHS policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of a maintenance team in a GMP/compliance environment.
• Experience delivering maintenance strategies and budgets.
• Strong collaboration with Production, Quality and Validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site Maintenance Engineering to ensure reliability and safety.
• Oversee budget, CAPEX/OPEX planning and supplier relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis for failures.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with GMP, FDA/MHRA/EMA standards.
• Coordinate with QA, Validation and other departments for audits and CAPAs.
• Train and develop maintenance staff and manage HR processes.
