Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Lead to oversee on-site maintenance, ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards, and drive reliability across equipment and facilities. You will manage budgets, audits, audits, and supplier relationships while guiding a team of engineers and technicians toward continuous improvement.

• Experience leading maintenance teams in GMP-regulated environments.
• Ability to set KPIs and monitor performance against targets.
• Strong focus on safety, reliability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Maintenance Engineering team and align with site goals.
• Set and monitor departmental KPIs and performance standards.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with GMP, FDA, MHRA, EMA and internal standards.
• Oversee budgets, CAPEX/OPEX and supplier management.
• Lead audits, investigations and CAPAs related to maintenance operations.
• Drive RCA and implement corrective actions for failures.
• Manage asset care, uptime and equipment reliability.
