Job summary

You will participate in calibration, qualification, and CAPA activities, follow cGMP guidelines, and support EHS initiatives while driving uptime and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Senior Executive Formulation Plant Maintenance role involving equipment functioning and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance for plant equipment and provide immediate engineering support.
• Reduce repetitive breakdowns and improve efficiency of maintenance staff.
• Coordinate shift-to-shift work assignments and ensure handover of charge.
• Participate in qualification & requalification of machinery and support calibration.
• Perform QMS activities and use ENSUR, Trackwise and SAP PM Module.
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance per SOP and ensure energy efficiency.
• Adhere to regulations (USFDA, EU, TGA, MHRA, ANVISA, WHO, Schedule M).
• Maintain cGMP documentation and train staff on SOPs.
• Monitor movement of workers and maintain discipline; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with Engineering Manager on maintenance requirements and service providers.
