Job summary

RBW Consulting is seeking an Engineering Manager for a GMP manufacturing site in Surrey to lead maintenance, engineering and asset management.

The role ensures reliability, qualification and performance of facilities, utilities and production equipment, with a focus on GMP compliance and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in maintenance, facilities and utilities within manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading engineering improvements and asset programs.
• Knowledge of equipment qualification, CAPA and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and engineering activities across the site.
• Manage equipment qualification, calibration, and lifecycle planning.
• Drive reliability improvements and preventative maintenance programmes.
• Support GMP compliance, investigations, CAPA, and quality systems.
• Manage contractors, OEM relationships, and engineering projects.
• Own site CAPEX planning and equipment obsolescence strategies.

Are you an experienced Engineering Manager looking for a unique opportunity within a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment?

We're recruiting for an Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, engineering, and asset management activities at a specialist manufacturing site in Surrey.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, qualification, and performance of facilities, utilities, and production equipment supporting the manufacture of products.
