MET Recruitment UK Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Technician / IT Support for an on‑site, short‑term assignment. The role focuses on hands‑on support across hardware, software and infrastructure, including setting up new starters’ equipment and access.

The position requires previous desktop support, helpdesk and 1st/2nd line experience, with Epicor experience being especially beneficial for ERP tasks.

Formación

• Hands-on IT support experience required across hardware, software and systems
• Experience setting up IT equipment and system access for new starters
• Epicor experience would be highly advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day IT support to users via internal helpdesk
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Set up PCs/laptops, email accounts and system access for new starters
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Support ERP-related tasks and ERP system usage
• Assist with maintenance of network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot connectivity and IT infrastructure problems
• Provide technical support to external entities when required
• Manage and resolve queries through to completion
