A leading IT service provider is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer for onsite work in Aberdeen, UK. The ideal candidate will have 2–7 years of experience providing L1/L2 support, troubleshooting Windows OS and hardware issues. Responsibilities include managing tickets, providing network support, and delivering VIP support. Immediate joiners are preferred. The contract is for 1 year and is extendable.

• Ensure adherence to project and compliance standards.
