Job summary

Experis Austria is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join an onsite team in Wrexham on a 6-month contract. You will deliver high-quality end-user support across Windows and Mac, manage hardware deployments, and assist with onboarding and workplace technologies.

The role covers 1st and 2nd line support, collaborating with internal IT teams and vendors to maintain services and ensure a positive user experience across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 1st and 2nd line IT support.
• Windows 10/11 and Apple MacOS support experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Active Directory and Exchange administration experience.
• Hardware deployment, imaging and device lifecycle management.
• Mobile Device Management for iOS and Android devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality IT services and support to end-users onsite in Wrexham.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support and troubleshooting across hardware and software.
• Manage hardware deployments, imaging and lifecycle of devices.
• Assist with end-user onboarding and ensuring a positive user experience.
