Job summary

Qualifications

• ERP application support experience
• 1st Line IT support experience
• Upgrading systems and ensuring they are supported
• Some SQL experience
• Retail/warehousing environment experience is a plus
• Customer service focus and good communication across levels
• Strong organisation and ability to prioritise workload
• Hands-on attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide ERP support, implementation and reporting
• Act as main contact for ERP issues with users and third parties
• Remote and on-site software support for business users
• Installations and upgrades of software
• Log and update tickets in the system
• Test and implement system changes including reports and screens
