Job summary

83zero Limited is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our client's internal IT team in Bracknell. This on-site role requires hands-on desktop and server support, helping internal users and VIPs, and assisting with IT projects.

You will troubleshoot across Windows OS, Office apps, and networks, with opportunities to grow expertise in security and infrastructure while shadowing the IT Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 1st or 2nd line support role handling user issues.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS, LAN/WAN basics and IT security fundamentals.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical cases for internal users, including VIP support.
• Shadow IT Manager and assist with IT infrastructure projects.
• Maintain and administrate core IT infrastructure and security practices.
• Help users get the best out of IT systems and learn new technologies.
