Job summary

Harvey Nash Group is seeking an IT Support Engineer for Banbury, on-site, on an initial 3-month contract INSIDE IR35. The role covers 1st and 2nd line support for a public sector client in Oxfordshire, with on-site presence required.

You will handle Windows OS support, hardware deployment, AV/telephony, and printers, and contribute to ICT projects. Local candidates with strong ICT hardware deployment experience will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Supporting Microsoft operating systems, business systems applications and other related services.
• Deliver a high standard of technical support across network issues, desktops, laptops, tablets, AV, telephony and printers.
• Previous experience and strong knowledge of deploying ICT hardware.
• Undertake project and other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first/second line IT support on-site.
• Troubleshoot network, desktop, laptop, tablet, AV and printer issues.
• Assist in deploying ICT hardware across the environment.
• Contribute to projects and other assignments as needed.
