Harvard Bioscience is seeking an entry-level Help Desk professional to support hardware, software, and end-user issues at our Cambridge site in Waterbeach. You will respond to problems with email, MS Teams, printers, and computer setups, while learning cyber security awareness and network basics.

The role emphasizes on-site work, hands-on IT support, and customer care excellence. Strong motivation to learn and grow in IT services will be valued as you build experience on Windows OS and Office

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computers, printers, and Windows OS.
• Experience in office working environments.
• End user support exposure is a plus.
