Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Computers, printers, and Windows OS.
• Office working experience and End User support.
• Principles of computer networking.
• Technology literate with ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to hardware and software problems including Email, MS Teams, printers and desk setups.
• Imaging new computers and configuring desktop phones.
• Identify potential cyber security issues and assist with login/password changes.
• Desk setup for IT equipment and drive mapping.
• Support end users and provide on-site IT assistance.
