Job summary

PRS in St Albans is recruiting two Contract Support professionals to join an on-site team. You’ll be the first point of contact for client staff, triaging tickets and resolving issues across hardware, software and peripherals five days a week.

The role offers a standard Monday–Friday schedule (08:00–17:00) with free parking on site and a competitive benefits package, in a stable site-based team of eight.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing support or service desk role.
• Calm, professional manner with people at all levels.
• Solid troubleshooting instincts and a methodical approach.
• On-site client environment experience and presentable demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reliable timekeeping.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Act as first-line contact for support queries from client staff.
• Log, triage and resolve tickets through to completion.
• Support hardware, software and peripheral issues on site.
• Set up and configure equipment for new starters and moves.
• Keep users informed and close the loop on every request.
• Maintain accurate asset and activity records.
• Work to agreed SLAs and flag risks to contract management team.
