Job summary

PRS in St Albans is recruiting two Contract Support professionals to join an on-site team. You’ll be the first point of contact for client staff, triaging tickets and resolving issues across hardware, software and peripherals five days a week.

The role offers a standard Monday–Friday schedule (08:00–17:00) with free parking on site and a competitive benefits package, in a stable site-based team of eight.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing support or service desk role.
• Calm, professional manner with people at all levels.
• Solid troubleshooting instincts and a methodical approach.
• On-site client environment experience and presentable demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reliable timekeeping.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

We’re recruiting two Contract Support professionals to join a well-established on-site team in St Albans, working at our client’s premises in support of the wellbeing arm of a large contract. You’ll be part of a team of eight, and the point of contact for the people you support, five days a week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as first-line contact for support queries from client staff
• Logging, triaging and resolving tickets through to completion
• Supporting hardware, software and peripheral issues on site
• Setting up and configuring equipment for new starters and moves
• Keeping users informed and closing the loop on every request
• Maintaining accurate asset and activity records
• Working to agreed SLAs and flagging risks to the contract management team
