Phoenix Resourcing Services is recruiting two Contract Support professionals to join an on-site team in St Albans, supporting the wellbeing arm of a large contract. You'll be part of a close-knit team on client premises five days a week.

Duties include acting as first-line contact for staff, logging and resolving tickets, hardware/software support on site, onboarding equipment, keeping users informed, maintaining asset records, and adhering to SLAs.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing support or service desk role.
• A calm, professional manner with people at all levels.
• Solid troubleshooting instincts and a methodical approach.
• Comfortable working on a client site, representing us well in someone else’s building.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reliable timekeeping.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first-line contact for support queries from client staff.
• Logging, triaging and resolving tickets through to completion.
• Supporting hardware, software and peripheral issues on site.
• Setting up and configuring equipment for new starters and moves.
• Keeping users informed and closing the loop on every request.
• Maintaining accurate asset and activity records.
• Working to agreed SLAs and flagging risks to the contract management team.
