Job summary

PRS is recruiting two Contract Support professionals to join a well-established on-site team in St Albans, supporting the wellbeing arm of a large contract. You’ll be part of a team of eight and act as the main point of contact for the people you support, five days a week.

You will handle first-line queries, log and triage tickets, and assist with hardware/software issues on site. The role includes configuring equipment for new starters and moves, with on-site parking provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing support or service desk role.
• Calm, professional manner with people at all levels.
• Solid troubleshooting instincts and a methodical approach.
• Comfortable working on a client site, representing us well in someone else's building.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reliable timekeeping.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
