Job summary

Axiom Technologies in the United Kingdom is seeking a capable ISM coordinator to provide on-site and on-call support for end-users within the corporate desktop environment, ensuring timely, accurate service delivery. The role covers hardware lifecycle management, move projects, and collaboration across teams to maintain inventories, resolve incidents, and support business changes.

This position requires experience with desktop devices, ITIL practices, and strong troubleshooting skills to uphold

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end-user devices in large corporate environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware inventory and procurement through internal systems
• Monitor and resolve tickets in service queues
• Maintain IT and comms rooms
• Support business changes, employee onboarding/offboarding, and WFH hardware needs
• Handle escalations, set up training rooms, and participate in special events
• Perform basic troubleshooting, upgrades, imaging, and peripheral setup
• Collaborate across teams to deliver a customer-focused, high-quality service
• Participate in continuous service improvement and SLA/OLA adherence
• Work outside normal business hours and weekends as needed
