Job summary
Agilisys is seeking a Field Support Engineer to deliver high-quality IT support across the Sefton partnership. You will diagnose issues, resolve incidents and support project activity, both remotely and on site, under the guidance of the Field Engineering Team Leader.
You will provide hardware support for laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile devices, manage requests through the Service Management System, and ensure service delivery meets SLAs and customer expectations while contributing to
Qualifications
- Experience in IT support, field support, managed services or customer service environment.
- Experience troubleshooting laptop, desktop, tablet or mobile hardware.
- Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to explain technical info clearly.
- Working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and end-user support tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site, face-to-face and remote IT support to customers and partners.
- Provide hardware support and troubleshooting for devices across the contract.
- Take ownership of service delivery in line with SLAs and KPI targets.
- Share knowledge, document technical details and support colleagues.
