Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Engineer to deliver technical support across customer environments and client sites in the United Kingdom. The role combines troubleshooting, infrastructure support, and hands-on work at customer locations.

You will manage incidents from the Service Desk, collaborate with external providers, and maintain documentation of activity while upholding security and best practices across Windows Servers and Azure.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to investigate and resolve issues independently.
• Cooperative, professional and team-focused approach.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and security standards such as Cyber Essentials/GDPR.
• Experience with Azure administration and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with responsive and professional technical assistance.
• Attend customer sites to resolve issues, install and perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the Service Desk.
• Keep customers informed during the support process and adhere to SLA requirements.
• Escalate high-priority issues to Management.
• Monitor customer systems to ensure standards are met.
