LSH Auto Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a fast-paced team at a leading Mercedes-Benz retailer. You will manage employee relations cases and coach line managers, providing practical, compliant guidance on policies and employment law.

This on-site role involves supporting HR processes across dealerships, with 40 hours per week and a salary of £40,000 per annum. Travel to other sites is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR advisory or similar role, including handling employee relations and HR casework.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience coaching managers on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters, and advising stakeholders at all management levels.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Robust verbal and written communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases and provide clear, practical and compliant advice to managers.
