Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group sucht am Standort Portsmouth einen Fleet Controller zur Koordination von Fahrzeuglieferungen und -abholungen. Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Teams vor Ort sowie der Zentralverwaltung zusammen und tragen maßgeblich zu einem reibungslosen Kundenerlebnis bei.

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung der Fahrzeuge, eine ordnungsgemäße Übergabe und die korrekte Dokumentation aller Mietvorgänge. Eine klare Kommunikation und Sorgfalt sind hierbei essentiell.

Qualifications

• Ein vollständiger, gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B mit mindestens vier Jahren Fahrpraxis wird vorausgesetzt.
• Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift.
• Schnelles, sorgfältiges Arbeiten und Detailorientierung.
• Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten gemäß Geschäftsbedarfen.

Responsibilities

• Bereitstellung eines hochwertigen Mietverwaltungsservices zur Erfüllung der Stationsbedürfnisse.
• Unterstützung bei der Planung von Fahrzeugauslieferung und -sammlung sowie der Dokumentation.
• Entgegennahme von telefonischen Anfragen in höflicher, professioneller Weise.
• Vollständige Mietverwaltungs- und Fahrzeugdokumentation inklusive Schadensmeldungen nach Vermietung.
• Sicherheitsverantwortung für Fahrzeuge, Räumlichkeiten und Kunden.

Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? We are looking for a Fleet Controller to coordinate the delivery and collection of our vehicles for our customers. This is a service that is central to our customer experience so it’s vital it’s done efficiently and professionally. You’ll be working with our delivery and collection teams who are on the frontline of the customer relationship with our brand. You’ll also be working with our central fleet team and local branches. Plus you could be required to deliver and collect vehicles for customers so you could be the first person a customer meets from Europcar. Creating a great impression is vital.
