Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise and schedule field service engineers' jobs to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for prep work.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone and post; provide excellent service.
• Assist with associate training and new starter onboarding.
• Ensure GDPR compliance in everyday processes.
• Maintain appointment bookings and liaise with internal teams.
