Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, UK, is seeking a proactive Facilities/Site Operations Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service and support the Facilities Lead in day-to-day operations.

The role covers site inspections, work order management, KPI delivery, records control, and reporting to meet deadlines within the Master Service Agreement. On-site work at the Buckinghamshire location is required.

Qualifications

• Solid stakeholder management skills.
• Client facing experience in property or FM.
• Experience with housekeeping, building mechanical systems.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to meet client expectations.
• Build and develop relationships with customers at all levels.
• Support reception by covering breaks and absence as required by the RFM/Client.
• Ensure site issues from inspections or complaints are resolved promptly.
• Manage Work Orders via Corrigo platform and keep records updated.
• Support Facilities Lead in budgeting, reporting, and documentation.
