Job summary

JLL is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the Berkshire sites with QHSE documentation, maintenance tasks and client liaison. You will maintain records, organise reactive repairs, and coordinate planned maintenance in line with SLAs, while upholding health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and make available QHSE documentation using JLL systems.
• Comply with Quality Management Systems and keep records.
• Organise reactive repairs and PPMs to sites M&E systems.
• Carry out reactive repairs as instructed, within SLAs.
• Prioritise Planned Preventative Maintenance to ensure service levels.
• Observe Health & Safety policy and attend relevant training.
• Maintain customer focus and strong client relationships.
