Job summary

Speedy Hire Plc is seeking a Customer Support Co-ordinator to join the on-site team at the Balfour office in Thurnscoe. The role combines front-line customer interaction with administrative rigour and close collaboration with stock, drivers and engineers to keep equipment flowing and customers satisfied.

The successful candidate will manage the full hire process, produce reports, maintain records and support contract-specific requirements in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full hire process from taking orders to arranging delivery and collection
• Produce reports and handle detailed administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records and support contract-specific requirements
• Interact with internal stakeholders and client representatives on site
• Work desk-based with stock teams, drivers, engineers and contract teams to ensure equipment is available and customers receive excellent service
