Job Title: Customer Support Co-ordinator
Location: Thurnscoe (based on site in the Balfour office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30 (40 hours per week)
We are looking for a highly capable and organised Customer Support Co-ordinator to join our on-site team at the Balfour office. Unlike a depot-based role, this position operates within a customer-facing office environment where professionalism, accuracy and strong administrative ability are essential. You will still manage the full hire process—from taking orders to arranging delivery and collection—but a substantial portion of this role involves producing reports, handling detailed administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting contract-specific requirements. This role requires someone who is confident working independently, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable interacting with both internal stakeholders and client representatives on site. Day to day, you will be desk-based, coordinating closely with stock teams, drivers, engineers and the wider contract team to ensure equipment is readily available and customers receive exceptional service. Strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment are critical.
