Job summary

Speedy Group UK&I is seeking a Service Co-ordinator in Milton Keynes, working Monday to Friday for 45 hours. You will manage mobile Service Engineers’ schedules, handle on-site service issues, and ensure customers receive first-class support.

You’ll be the front line for customer interaction, processing orders and resolving queries to uphold Speedy’s high service standards. You will join at an exciting growth phase, with opportunities for training and progression as Speedy continues to expand

Qualifications

Great telephone manner.
Excellent organisational and time management.
Ability to adapt to new situations.
Able to work towards target and KPIs.
A desire to learn and expand product knowledge.
And have the personality and drive to sell our products.
Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the mobile Service Engineers' work schedules.
Deal with onsite service issues reported by customers and ensure timely resolution.
Serve as the front line of customer interaction, processing orders and answering questions.
Support the team to deliver first-class customer service and drive growth for Speedy.
