Job summary

Trane Technologies in Basingstoke, Hampshire, is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to provide exceptional customer care and support. You will schedule service technicians, coordinate customer needs, and drive productivity and satisfaction across service operations.

The role requires strong communication, invoicing knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office and Inspire systems. This is an on-site position with a fast-paced environment and structured induction for development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer care or service support role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate technicians to deliver customer experiences.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and technicians.
• Schedule technician workload for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), breakdowns, warranty work, hire and commissioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted point of contact.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales and Operations to share key customer insights and improve processes.
• Ensure invoices are processed timely within approved limits.
