Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Schedule technician workload for PPM, breakdowns, warranty, hire and commissioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted contact.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales and Operations teams for key insights.
• Ensure invoices are processed timely within agreed authority levels.
• Generate regular reports on invoiced work orders.
• Support service technicians and coordinate coverage across regional desks.
