Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to work on-site at customer locations across the UK. You will deliver high-quality service and maintenance, diagnose system issues, and collaborate with service teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.

You will build strong customer relationships, support warranty work and commissioning tasks, and use diagnostic software and MS Office tools to document and report activity.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems during service and site visits.
• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), warranty work, hire and commissioning tasks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted contact.
• Collaborate with Service desk, Sales, and Operations to share insights.
• Utilise diagnostic software, apps and MS Office to support updates and reporting.
• Generate regular reports on completed, invoiced work orders.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service quality.
