Responsibilities

• Order and receive parts, ensuring information is updated in internal systems.
• Liaise with customers, engineers and suppliers for lead times and delivery estimates.
• Provide professional telephone and administrative support to stakeholders.
• Handle incoming calls, log and raise reactive jobs in the system.
• Keep stock room organized and ensure correct labeling and storage.
