Job summary

Artic Building Services Ltd, a leader in M&E and Facilities Management, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee HVAC projects from London head office with local travel across the South East.

You will manage scope, deadlines and budgets, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and report on progress using Monday.com and MS Project. The role demands 5–10 years’ HVAC delivery experience, strong communication, and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience delivering HVAC projects.
• Experience across project management and delivery of HVAC packages.
• HNC or equivalent HVAC qualification.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Estimate HVAC work.
• Lead and foster a positive working environment.
• Understand and communicate mechanical concepts.
• Provide expert technical advice / support to personnel and client alike.
• Create and issue all required H&S documentation from inception to completion.
• Organise and deploy all required labour on site.
• Monitor progress, risks and financial forecasts.
• Produce weekly project status reports on Monday.com.
• Track KPIs and ensure alignment with budget and schedule.
• Ensure timely invoicing and client communications.
