You will negotiate with suppliers, process orders, monitor stock, and support continuous improvement initiatives while upholding regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3–5 years in purchasing or procurement, ideally aerospace/manufacturing.
• Proven negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and build vendor relationships.
• Prepare and process purchase orders with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Monitor inventory and anticipate material needs to support production.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and QA on material specs.
• Resolve supplier issues including quality, late deliveries, and invoices.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance for cost savings.
• Maintain purchasing records and generate reports as required.
• Ensure procurement complies with regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for new product development and improvements.
