Job summary

Euro Projects Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Buyer for a fast-growing aerospace/defence manufacturing business based in Leicestershire. You will be responsible for strategic procurement, supplier selection, price/term negotiations and driving continuous improvements across the supply chain.

The role requires pro-activity, resilience in a high-paced environment, and experience in aerospace or defence sectors, with strong stakeholder engagement across commercial, engineering and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace/defence sectors essential.
• Ability to source engineered components and commodities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with commercial, engineering and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage suppliers for high-volume engineered parts.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to drive procurement improvements.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to maximise performance.
• Support the Sales team with sourcing for large contracts and enquiries.
