Ada Meher Limited in Doncaster is recruiting a 3rd Line IT Engineer to strengthen internal technical operations. This hands-on role requires ownership, problem-solving and acting as the go-to resource across infrastructure, Windows & Linux servers, and core business systems.

You will work on-site five days a week with some flexibility. The role offers autonomy, progression opportunities and bonuses, with a proactive team focusing on resilience and efficiency.

Formación

• Demonstrable experience in a 3rd Line / L3 Support role.
• Strong background in Windows Server administration & support.
• Some exposure to Linux systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V, etc.).
• A proactive mindset and the confidence to work autonomously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical detail into business impact.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 3rd Line support across core IT systems and infrastructure.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Support virtualization platforms and related infrastructure.
• Investigate issues, propose solutions and drive improvements across the estate.
