Akkodis is recruiting a Third Line Infrastructure Engineer to join a specialist team supporting enterprise-scale Windows environments. The role covers complex issue resolution, infrastructure design, and project delivery across Hatfield, Derby, and Nottingham with hybrid work.

Experience in Active Directory, VMware, Azure AD and PowerShell is highly valued. You will contribute to security, availability and performance, maintain documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• 3rd Line Infrastructure or Senior Support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Able to work independently and solve complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert 3rd line support across enterprise-scale Windows environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Design, implement and support Windows-based infrastructure solutions.
• Support project delivery, upgrades and technical change activity.
• Contribute to service improvement and infrastructure optimisation initiatives.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with customers, internal teams and technical stakeholders.
• Participate in an on-call rota supporting critical services when required.
