Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support across school systems and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, server and network issues.
• Assist with maintaining on-premises and hybrid server environments.
• Support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Hyper-V environments.
• Manage IT helpdesk requests and ensure SLAs are met.
• Assist with IT projects, system documentation and disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide staff IT training and technical guidance.
• Supervise and mentor another IT technician.
