You will work on the floor with department managers, supervise staff, coordinate staffing during peak periods, and drive timely resolution of issues, with a focus on execution and accountability rather than strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations, duty management or a similar hands-on hospitality management role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service across departments.
• Lead shift briefings and ensure clear handovers and logs between shifts.
• Inspect standards on the floor and address defects or issues before they affect service.
• Manage staffing coverage and support departments during peak periods.
• Ensure procedures, checklists and agreed service standards are followed consistently.
