Job summary

Malmaison Belfast is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing hotel team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Guest Services, driving brand standards and daily operations with a hands-on leadership style.

You will be responsible for maximizing revenue and leveraging market insights to maintain Malmaison as a preferred destination for dining, staying and celebrating in Belfast.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel teams and delivering service excellence.
• Strong understanding of front office, housekeeping and F&B operations.
• Able to drive revenue and brand standards across departments.

Malmaison is looking for a leader in the making. Someone who will understand that running a successful business isn’t just about exceeding the brand standards, or having a super P&L. We want someone who will look after the team and by developing them, will deliver the expectation of celebrity service.

You will be 18 months (or less) from running your own hotel and keen to join a brand that will give you the opportunity to shine.

In this Operations Manager role your eye for detail will help you excel, you will love leading and motivating your team and you will be driving the brand strategy in all elements of the business setting Malmaison apart from the competition as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat and drink.

You will know the market and understand how to maximise revenue within the business by looking at the bigger picture. Managing the detail through your department managers and team will be second nature and leading from the front to set the example is something you are no stranger to.

Working closely with the General Manager and departmental leaders, you will oversee day to day operations across key hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage and Guest Services. You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, supporting our team and ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience.
