Job summary

Malmaison Belfast is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the property's maintenance, ensuring facilities are well kept and guest expectations are met during their stay.

You will allocate workloads, manage a maintenance team, complete daily and preventative schedules, liaise with contractors and uphold health and safety standards; a hands-on leader with attention to detail is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or similar quality property.
• Knowledge of electrics and health and safety beneficial.
• Excellent communication and hands-on management.
• Organised with eye for detail; capable of managing a maintenance team.
• Computer literacy for compliance and audit purposes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general maintenance of the property and facilities.
• Manage the maintenance team and allocate responsibilities.
• Complete daily jobs list and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensure health and safety on site and liaise with contractors.
