Job summary

Hilton Belfast is seeking a proactive Night Manager to lead overnight operations, coach and train the team, and ensure world-class service and safety throughout the night shift. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will manage guest experience, control costs, and work across departments to maintain the highest standards while seizing opportunities for continuous improvement.
