Job summary

Rail Gourmet is seeking on-train hosts to deliver exceptional customer service on TPE trains. You will provide at-seat trolley service, manage stock, handle transactions, and support management initiatives.

The role involves travelling on assigned trains, assisting passengers, and aiming to meet sales targets while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. Long hours and varying shifts are possible, with a focus on first-class service.

Qualifications

• Ideally at least 2 years working experience gained in a Customer Facing role within the Retail Leisure & Hospitality Industry.

  Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including long hours and varying shifts, no shift will exceed 12 hours., Ideally you will have at least 2 years working experience gained in a Customer Facing role within the Retail Leisure & Hospitality Industry.
