Job summary

Rail Gourmet is hiring an On Board Host for TransPennine Express at Edinburgh Waverley Station. Part-time role, 16 hours per week, paying £13.65 per hour plus commission. You will travel on trains, provide at-seat trolley service, and drive sales while maintaining stock accuracy and hygiene. DBS check may be required after selection.

Experience in customer-facing roles in Retail, Leisure & Hospitality is preferred. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

On-Board Host for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Edinburgh Waverley Station

Pay Rate: £13.65 per hour plus commission

Hours: Part Time (16 hours)

Shifts: Rotational shifts between 5:00am and 10:00pm, working flexibly. (We currently have roles that are either working only at weekends, or every Sunday plus one or two days per week as required.)

• Due to some responsibilities within the Onboard Host role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including long hours and varying shifts.

Ideally you will have at least 2 years working experience gained in a Customer Facing role within the Retail Leisure & Hospitality Industry.

Full Training will be provided.
