Rail Gourmet is seeking an On Board Host to join East Midlands Trains (EMR) at Nottingham. You will provide at-seat trolley service, assist passengers, and drive sales while maintaining high service standards.

Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

AS AN ON BOARD HOST YOU’LL:

• Provide 'at seat trolley service' on EMR trains, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing stock, and handling transactions.
• Travel on assigned trains, assisting passengers, achieving sales targets independently, and meeting contractual goals.
