Job Title: Registered Manager - Dual Homes
Location: Colne, Lancashire
Home Capacity: 3 bed + 3 bed (Homes within walking distance)
Provision: Children and Young People (7 to 17 years)
Work Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm)
Annual Leave: 6 weeks, plus statutory bank holidays
Salary: £58,000
Collaborative Support:
You will be working alongside a dedicated Regional Responsible Individual (RI) and Operations Director, who brings over 15 years of experience as Operations and RI with top-tier children's home providers.

Your Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will lead and inspire our team to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).
