Growthnext Stepsat is seeking an Offsite Standardisation Manager to lead standardised offsite products with an electrical/mechanical bias. You will drive DFMA, BIM coordination with Revit libraries, and maintain a structured product roadmap.

You will collaborate with designers and project teams, engage stakeholders, monitor industry trends, and ensure tender solutions reflect standardised offerings while championing safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical/electrical building services projects.
• Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA, or standardisation within construction/MEP.
• Strong communication skills with ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Health and Safety Leadership: Champion a safety-first culture in all activities.
• Product Development: Identify and improve standardised offsite products with project teams.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure products align with business strategy and sector needs with a structured roadmap.
• Design Collaboration: Work with designers to incorporate standardised products into designs.
• Innovative Thinking: Promote DFMA principles in design and manufacture.
• BIM Coordination: Maintain standardised products within the Revit library.
• Tender Solutions: Include standardised products in tender solutions and cost models.
• Project Support: Help project teams adopt standardised products and address barriers.
• Feedback Loop: Capture learnings and expand the product suite.
• Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships to support product development.
• Central Point of Contact: Facilitate communication and resolve offsite standardisation challenges.
